30 years ago, Jonathan Goldman wrote a book called Healing Sounds. He has now released an updated 30th Anniversary version so we get to learn about it on CBZ! Jonathan Goldman, M.A., is an award-winning musician, composer, writer, teacher, and chant master. An international authority and founding pioneer in the field of sound healing, he is the author of several books, including The Humming Effect, and the founder and director of the Sound Healers Association. About the book: Harmonics are the colors of sound—found within every tone that is created, every voice that speaks. “Healing Sounds” explore a little known but extremely important aspect of sound and the world we live in—the phenomenon of harmonics. Through knowing about and experiencing them, we can shift the very way we perceive reality. Sharing many easy-to-follow sound healing exercises, such as “Vowels as Mantras” and “Overtoning,” Goldman explains in detail how to perform vocal harmonics--a form of overtone chanting--and experience their transformative and healing powers. I AM THE MATRIX with Leo Treadwell

Leo began his career as a corporate trainer at age 19 working for Magic Pan International where he spent 2 ½ years opening restaurants in Northern and Southern California. Upon completion of his contract with Magic Pan, he decided to build his first business which he sold at age 25 when diagnosed with a cancerous tumor in his lower back.  This was the catalyst which prompted him to begin studying self-healing and human potential.From this point forward Leo became a serial student of peak performance and body mind medicine.  Within 6 months of his diagnosis Leo had developed his first iteration of his mind hacking technology, Autobiographical Feedback.   Autobiographical Feedback implemented almost all of what peak performance and mind body medicine leaders were teaching at the time. 3 months later, his tumor was gone. No surgery, chemotherapy or pharmaceuticals were used.
This was a life changing experience that got him excited about the potential of the avatar bodies we inhabit and the power of the mind that flows through them.
